Hi, i’m Jill. I am a researcher, facilitator, and mom. I have spent almost 15 years helping organization measure their impact. I love big complex problems and finding ways to leverage evidence to help solve them. I am also curious about the world. I have spent substaintial time in India, Nepal, Afghanistan, Mongolia, Kenya, and the United Kingdom as a student and doing humanitarian work. Portland, OR has been my home base for over 20 years and I currently reside ther with my partner and 6-year old daughter.
